With 150 locally based, factory trained mobile service engineers operating across the region, we are able to provide a rapid response with high first time fix ratios due to the service engineers local knowledge and the fact that the service vehicles parts inventory reflects the local truck pool. Response and efficiency is further enhanced by each engineer being directly linked to the control centres via cellphone and on-board computer e-mail. To optimise the utilisation and uptime of your handling equipment, we also offer a range of bespoke planned maintenance programmes. Additionally, in our fully equipped workshops, skilled technicians carry out major overhauls or complete rebuilds to the highest standards.

The parts inventory located at our local customer support centres contains in excess of 6000 line items, enabling us to provide 94% availability levels. Other parts can be obtained within 24 hours via our on-line link to the Linde central parts warehouse.
